1. Don't be Messy. Clean up after yourself! You don't have to do it right then and there, but if I have to tell you then that's a problem.
2. Pets are allowed but only if YOU take care of it, I wont walk your dog for you nor will I clean your cats litter box. But I won't let your pet starve. smile emoticon
3. Have a job, have transportation. But if your car breaks down I will help you if you help me.
4. Just because we're sharing a space doesn't mean you get to tell which of my life choices suck. Keep it yourself.
